We listen to your ideas, visit the site and explore the options. If we see a better or more practical solution, we will tell you.

You know what to expect
We agree the scope, materials and approach. We prepare a quotation so you know what is included and what you are paying for.

Then the real work begins
We give substrates, insulation, services and structures the same attention as the finished result. We keep you informed and work through changes and unexpected issues together.

Finished means ready to use
We walk through the project together, check the details and hand over a space that is ready to use.

Handover is not the end
If a question comes up or something needs attention after completion, you know who to contact. We stand behind our work after leaving the site.
Waterproofing comes as standard
What you cannot see
matters just as much.
We consider properly installed waterproofing an essential part of a quality bathroom. We pay close attention to every surface, especially showers, corners, penetrations, connections and other critical details.
We use quality, proven waterproofing systems and follow the specified installation procedures for every layer.
A bathroom should do more than look good at handover. It must also be built properly in the places you will no longer see.

Where do you work?
We mainly work in the Zlín Region. For projects further afield and product deliveries, we agree arrangements based on the scope and transport involved.
What do you need for a quotation?
A brief description, location, approximate dimensions, photos or a drawing, and your preferred timing. For construction work, a site visit and measurements may follow. We agree any charge for preparatory work in advance.
Do you supply materials too?
We agree the supply scope in the quotation. We can provide both labour and materials. If you prefer to supply your own materials, we first check their suitability and compatibility together.
How do you handle changes and additional work?
We discuss changes first, including their effect on price and timing. We confirm agreed changes before carrying them out.
When can you start, and how do payments work?
We agree timing, any deposits and payment stages according to availability, materials and the scope of your project. Sending an enquiry is not a binding order or a reservation of a start date.
What happens at handover?
Together we check the scope and workmanship, explain use and maintenance, and agree any remaining details. We provide documentation and inspection reports according to the agreed scope and type of work.
Do you already make injection moulds and offer CNC machining?
In-house CNC machining and injection mould manufacture are planned areas of development. We confirm current capabilities for each enquiry; we do not promise capacity for technologies still being prepared.
