As LZM Company grows, we are looking for more skilled people to work with over the long term.

We currently prefer working with self-employed professionals and independent tradespeoplewho are looking for regular projects, fair treatment and a long-term working relationship. We are also open to employmentwhere the relationship works well and makes sense for both sides.

Your CV and years of experience are not the only things that count. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, independence and commitment to quality. If you still have things to learn but have the right approach and want to develop, that can be a good starting point too.

We mainly offer opportunities in construction, woodwork and furniture making, metal fabrication and plastics processing.

We welcome experienced tradespeople and specialists, as well as people who want to develop their skills.
