LZM Company is a family business that grew out of a love of craftsmanship and honest work. My experience in construction began at around sixteen and eventually led me to build my own home. That was when the idea took shape: to offer the same commitment, experience and quality to others.
Today we work in construction, furniture making, woodwork, metal fabrication and plastics manufacturing. We take every project personally, because behind every job is a person, their home or their business.
We value a personal approach, quality and attention to detail. We do not believe in doing things by halves. Every detail matters, and we approach each project as if it were our own.
We believe the best advertisement for good work is the result itself.

What LZM Company means
Three letters.
One family story.
LZM stands for Lilly, Zuzka and Marek.
The name was created when there were still three of us. Our son has since joined us, and the family we are building the business for has grown.
Today, those three letters represent family and work we want to do well and one day pass on.
Company means the people who work with us: the colleagues and tradespeople who form our team.

with my own name.
My name is Marek Štěpánek, and I am the person behind LZM Company.
What I enjoy about my work is creating something real and lasting. I approach every project honestly, look for the right solution and care about the details that will be hidden once the work is finished.
I speak openly with customers. If a different approach makes sense, I say so. If a problem arises, we look for a solution.
LZM Company is more than a name. It is work I stand behind with my own name.
Where we are heading
Growing step by step.
Bringing trades and manufacturing together
Today we combine construction, woodwork, simple metal fabrication and plastic injection moulding. In the future, we want to develop precision machining and injection mould manufacture.

We are also preparing a project offering recreational horse riding, family stays and peaceful accommodation in nature. Operations and bookings have not yet started.
